About Us

Since 1998 Whittier Adult Day Health Care Center has been proudly serving frail and disabled adults (18 & Over) by providing services to help maintain independence and well-being. Our Goal is to restore and maintain each participant’s optimal capacity for self-care, independence and self-advocacy to prevent unnecessary hospitalization.

We are a Community Based Adult Service (CBAS) program licensed by the State Department of Health and Aging that offers medical and social services supports to a diverse range of clients.

Our program helps older adults or persons with disabilities stay connected within the community, reducing isolation, and providing a place to socialize, participate in activities, benefit from supervision and nursing care and/or therapeutic services.
